The Hope Center (THC)

THC Mission Statement

THC is a fictional community based loosely in southern California. They define themselves as a lifestyle brand led by influencers and creatives, but the Center, itself, is an apartment complex with three massive buildings and a small park on the premises. The Hope Center finds its residents through various talent competitions as well as open application. They provide housing, resources, and employment for the majority of their residents in exchange for a certain amount of product placement, sponsorship, and creative revenue.

With over 128 units, they host multiple bands as well as fashion designers, models, and other professionals with a host of talents and skills. Along with enabling the unique pursuits of their occupants, THC also produces their exclusive content centered around the lives of the occupants. With the majority of Shared Spaces being recorded, a "confessional" booth, and a number of community vloggers, they have created something akin to a reality tv series of their residents, and they also offer 24/7 live streams of some of their community spaces.

Some of the resources they provide are practical: Recording equipment for personal use and recording studios for professional use, salons and studios dependent on need, creative and collaborative spaces, and more. Other resources are purely to support their residents, such as Canine Services for dog owners (including daily walks, grooming, complimentary training, and access to a dog park), Cleaning Services (laundry, tidying, and sanitizing), and more to make their residents lives easier and enable them to focus on what matters most.

What that is is up for debate, though most honestly it might be simply to turn a profit.
